Ingredients
- 250gm waxy potatoes (dutch cream or desiree)
- 250gm carrots
- 250gm roma tomatoes or truss tomatoes
- 2 whole corn
- 3 big white onions
- 1/2 chinese wombok
- 1kg pork bones/chicken carcass
- 1kg pork belly/chicken maryland
Instructions
Boil the pork bones/chicken carcass in water till cooked and wash the bones under running water till all the scum is removed (in other words, wash the bones till the water is clear).
Bring a stock pot of water to boil and add all the ingredients in and simmer for a good two hours. If you are putting pork belly for extra protein, cook the pork belly in the soup for one hour and leave it to rest.
Seasoning is all up to you (you can leave it as is or add seasoning to your acquired taste)
