Blue Cheese and Honey on Toast


  • Blue Cheese or Gorganzola
  • Honey (of any kind)
  • Butter
  • Bread
  • Fresh Coffee Grounds
  • Flakey Salt


Step 1 - Prepare the Bread

Slice your favourite Grizzly Bread to your preferred thickness and toast.

Step 2 - Spread Honey

Spread honey liberally on the bread slices.

Step 3 - Add Blue Cheese

Slice blue cheese with a warm, wet knife or crumble it onto the bread.

Step 4 - Season

Season with flakey salt. Add a sprinkle of fresh coffee grounds on top.

Step 5 - Serve

Your Blue Cheese & Honey Toast is ready to serve.
