Chip Buttie

Ingredients

  • 2 slices Couplands white bread
  • 50g Makikihi Jacket Fries
  • 1 tbsp room temperature butter
  • 1 tbsp Mayo
  • Salt

Instructions

Step 1

Fry chips until golden brown. In a bowl, season chips with salt and toss well.

Step 2

Generously butter 2 slices of white bread and spread mayo on top.

Step 3

Add in a handful of chips on one side of the buttered bread, and the second slice of bread on top, to form a sandwich.

Step 4

Serve immediately with ketchup, enjoy your delicious chip buttie!
