Chips and Ham

Ingredients :

  • 3 – 4 pieces sliced ham leg
  • 2 eggs
  • 150g Makikihi Steak Fries
  • 2 tsp sea salt
  • Oil / butter

Instructions

Step 1

Lay ham flat on plate on one side.

Step 2

Fry egg in hot oil and butter till desired (sunny side egg or fully cooked).

Step 3

While eggs are cooking, fry your chips in fryer.

Step 4

After eggs are cooked, lay on the cooked eggs on top of ham.

Step 5

Once fries are fried to golden brown, take it out and pour into a bowl, add in sea salt and toss well.

Step 6

Plate the chips on the other side of the plate. Enjoy.
