
Ingredients
- 4 agria potato
- 1 tin creamed corn
- 100 ml milk
- 1 diced onion
- 200g grated cheese
- 50g panko bread crumbs
Instructions
Step 1
Poke a little X with knife into the potato, dress with oil and salt, then put into the microwave for 10-15 minutes. The microwave helps to cook the potato from the inside out.
Step 2
After microwaving potato for 15 minutes, put it into the oven 180c for 20 minutes. Depending on the size of the potato, it might be longer or shorter.
Step 3
Remove from the oven and smah it with a flat utensil.
Step 4
Grate cheese straight over the top and sprinkle with some panko bread crumbs before putting it back to the oven to grill the top for 10 minutes.
Step 5
For the creamed corn filling, we will start by dicing onion, cook it with butter and oil, salt and pepper. When onions are translucent and tender, add in the tin of creamed corn, a dash of milk and some white pepper.
Step 6
After the potatoes turned golden brown, it is ready to be topped with the creamed corn filling and enjoy!
