Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 15 Makikihi Steak Fries
  • 100 g salt
  • 20ml egg white

Instructions

Step 1

Set a timer and add 2 eggs gently in boiling water for 4.5 minutes. Take it out and let it cool down a bit.

Step 2

Fry chips until golden and sprinkle with salt.

Step 3

Whisk egg white with heaps of salt until pale and fluffy and plate cooked eggs on top of the egg white mixture.

Or if you have an egg cup, put the cooked eggs into the egg cup.

Step 4

Crack the top of the egg open with a spoon. Dip your fries into the runny yolk and enjoy!
