Japanese Omelette

Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 100g red / green cabbage
  • Kewpie mayo
  • Okonomiyaki sauce (Tonkatsu sauce )
  • Crispy shallot
  • Black / white sesame seeds

Instructions

Step 1

To your hot pan, add in your eggs to make omelette. Sprinkle salt on top when cooking the eggs.

Step 2

Place cooked omelette on a plate and roll it up. Top it with shredded green and red cabbage.

Step 3

Drizzle with kewpie mayo, okonomiyaki sauce, and crispy shallots. Enjoy!
