Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 100g red / green cabbage
- Kewpie mayo
- Okonomiyaki sauce (Tonkatsu sauce )
- Crispy shallot
- Black / white sesame seeds
Instructions
Step 1
To your hot pan, add in your eggs to make omelette. Sprinkle salt on top when cooking the eggs.
Step 2
Place cooked omelette on a plate and roll it up. Top it with shredded green and red cabbage.
Step 3
Drizzle with kewpie mayo, okonomiyaki sauce, and crispy shallots. Enjoy!
