Get inspired by Nick to add anything to your omelette, to fancy up a simple dish at home!

Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 hash
  • 3 tbsp bacon jam
  • Avocado
  • Chips ( Proper Crisps, Malborough Sea Salt )
  • Spinach
  • Drizzle of olive oil

Instructions

Step 1

To your hot pan, add in your eggs to make an omelette.

Step 2

Place your Omelette on a plate. Top it with bacon jam, avocado, spinach, and a handful of chips.

Step 3

Drizzle olive oil before serving. Enjoy!
