
Ingredients
- 260g Peanut Butter
 - 80g Shoyu
 - 90g Butter, melted
 - 100g Brown Sugar
 - A few drops of Vanilla Extract
 - 1 Egg
 - 1 Egg yolk
 - 300g Self-raising Flour
 - 100g Chopped Peanuts
 - 100g Icing Sugar
 - Flaky sea salt
 
Instructions
Step 1
Mix peanut butter and shoyu together in a bowl.
Step 2
Measure out 90g of the shoyu peanut butter mixture into a separate bowl and set aside the rest for the filling.
Step 3
Add melted butter into the mixture and whisk.
Step 4
Whisk in brown sugar and vanilla extract.
Step 5
Whisk in the egg and egg yolk.
Step 6
Roll into 80g balls.
Make a dimple into each ball and spoon in a teaspoon of shoyu peanut butter. Cover up and roll into a ball again.
Step 7
Coat each ball into chopped peanuts, followed by icing sugar.
Step 8
Sprinkle sea salt on top.
Step 9
Bake at 165ºC for 12 minutes.
