Tartare & Chip Baguette

Ingredients

  • 2 Beef Fillet
  • 1 diced shallot
  • 1/3 cup chopped parsley
  • 2 tsp Mustard
  • 1 tsp Flaky sea salt
  • 2 tbsp Mayo
  • Grizzly baguette
  • 150g Makikihi Jacket Fries
  • 4 tsp Butter
  • Parmesan
  • 2 tbsp diced pickles

Instructions

Step 1

Warm bread in oven 180c for 10 minutes.

Step 2

Finely dice beef fillet in small pieces, add in chopped shallot, parsley, seasalt, mayo, mustard, mix well and set aside.

Step 3

Fry chips in the fryer. Once fries are fried to golden brown, take it out and pour into a bowl, add in butter with sea salt. Toss well.

Step 4

Assemble the warm baguette by cutting in half, layer beef tartare on the bottom and buttered chips.

Step 5

Finally grate heaps of parmesan cheese to garnish.Cut in half and enjoy!
